Grilled sheep cheese with charred onions

Amber Ale
Wood grilled skirt steak with celeriac purée
Semi dried tomatoes, deep fried leek and chimichurri

Pagans Empire
8 hours slow-cooked pork belly
Roasted seasonal root vegetables and IPA jus

Black Ale
Traditional coffee cake
Marinated berries, chocolate soil and honey ice-cream
