Fresh avocado, blood orange segments and honey rosemary dressing
Indie Kid Pilsner
Grilled sheep cheese with charred onions
Bacon, soy beans and pickled tomato
Wood grilled skirt steak with celeriac purée
Semi dried tomatoes, deep fried leek and chimichurri
8 hours slow-cooked pork belly
Roasted seasonal root vegetables and IPA jus
