Foie gras rocher
Bite-sized savoury foie gras ganache filled with hazelnut and coated with dark chocolate.
Served with a glass of sparkling wine

First course
Seared scallop topped with slice summer truffle, passion fruit aioli and rice puff

Second course
Sous vide 150g eye fillet and lobster tail thermidor served with romesco

Third course
Textures of chocolate
Chocolate mousse, chocolate tuile, chocolate praline bites and chocolate truffle
